Política de cancelación
Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy At Whole: Mind and Soul, we’re committed to creating a space for your transformation, and part of that is respecting both your time and ours. Please take a moment to review our policies so we can serve you and others well: Booking Policy To secure your session, we kindly ask for full payment before the session begins. This helps us honor your time and prepare fully to serve you. If payment isn’t received before the session, we may need to reschedule, and a new non-refundable booking fee of $25 will be required. All sessions require a non-refundable booking fee of $25 to secure your spot. This fee is applied toward the total session cost. Cancellation Policy Life happens—we understand. If you need to cancel your session, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In these cases, the $25 booking fee will be retained, but the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may result in the loss of the full session fee, depending on the circumstances. We will review each case individually with care. Rescheduling Policy Plans change, and that’s okay! You’re welcome to reschedule your session 24 hours or more before your appointment without losing your $25 booking fee—it will be applied to your new session. For rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your session, the $25 booking fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required to secure your rescheduled session. Refund Policy Refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session, minus the $25 non-refundable booking fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of your session, missed appointments, or no-shows. However, we’re happy to evaluate special circumstances with care and understanding. We’re here to support you every step of the way and appreciate your understanding of these policies. They help us honor the time we dedicate to your journey while making sure we’re able to extend the same care to others.
